We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our fantastic team at Poppy Lodge, Hayling Island. As the Registered Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the home, helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential SEMH service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.

Level 5 QCF (or working towards it), you will be a calm, engaging, resilient leader able to motivate your team to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
Poppy Lodge is an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ registered 7 bed, boys residential home for children and young people aged 10-18 years with Social, Emotional and Mental health difficulties. The residential home is located near Portsmouth, within close proximity to the beach, and offers a therapeutic model of care to our residents which is designed to provide an enriching and positive environment. Poppy Lodge is supported by a specialist independent Ofsted registered school that provides our residents a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum to support their personal and academic needs. Located in South Hampshire we are within commutable distance of Waterlooville, Gosport, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Fareham, Southampton and other surrounding towns and villages.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
