Everyone deserves an incredible future!

Join the Outcomes First Group family, build your incredible future and be one of the main reasons our vulnerable Children and Young People have a chance to create theirs.

Overton School is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our fantastic multi-disciplinary team.

As an administrator, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the School; this will include assisting with finance, IT, infrastructure and maintenance along with helping the School Business Manager with the growth plans for the School. You will make decisions focused in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop. This is a great opportunity for someone who is calm, organised and resilient and who wants to help to make a difference to children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Overton is a coming up to a three-year-old school, which supports Children and Young people, aged 11-18, who have Autism and additional needs. The School is based on extensive grounds with vocational and academic spaces for the Children to learn within.

Whilst previous experience of working in a School would be desirable, excellent organisational skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

In return, we will offer you all you need to provide excellent care and to have a rewarding and satisfying career. We are committed to listening and learning from everyone, to ensure we enable people to enjoy genuinely fulfilling lives. This is why we empower and trust our Registered Managers to make decisions on referrals. We empower our Children to make decisions around their homes, including designing their own bedroom and we provide colleagues with every opportunity to succeed in their careers, through continuous training, support and a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team who work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young people. This is why we were awarded 2020 and 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™’ by Great Place to Work®.

If you are interested in joining a forward thinking company who puts the needs of our Children at the heart of everything we do, please enquire today.
