This is a great opportunity for a Science Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best. We are looking for a Science Teacher to ensure that the special educational needs of pupils are met by providing a consistent and efficient service congruent with the organisation’s aim, objectives and philosophy and to provide high quality educational services that meet the needs of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) / Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).

This vacancy would be suitable for an ECT or someone with a Science degree who wants to get into teaching as well as an experienced teacher who wants to make a difference to the lives of students who have struggled in education.  You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.
