About the Service
Villa Farm House is a 5-bed registered Children’s home. We support Children and Young People from the ages of 6-13 build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.
This home is based in Weston under Lizard and is within commuting distance from Stafford, Telford, Cannock and surrounding towns and villages.

About the role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager or a current Registered Manager who has achieved their Level 5 Childrens Managers Award to join our fantastic team at Villa Farm House. As the Registered Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the home, helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential SEMH service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.
