Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 5:00pm with some flexiblity to meet the needs of the home

We are seeking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to work at our home based in Rotherham in South Yorkshire.
Walnut Tree Lodge is a four bed registered Children’s home. We support Children and Young People from the ages of 8 – 18 years build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.
This home is based in Rotherham and is within commuting distance of Sheffield and Thurcroft.

About the role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager or a current Registered Manager to join our fantastic team at Walnut Tree Lodge. As the Registered Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the home, helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

You will deliver efficient management, delivery, and development of our residential SEMH service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is consistently given.

The successful candidate will effectively manage the small care team to achieve the best outcomes for our residents, whilst providing a safe and secure environment and maintaining CQC and Quality Care Standards.
Qualified to RMA or QCF 4, Level 3 Diploma Residential Childcare or equivalent and willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for H&SC & C&YP Service you will be a calm, engaging, resilient leader able to motivate your team to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
