Aiden’s Journey: From Feeling Let Down to Looking Forward
From the moment Aiden joined Reddish Hall, our staff recognised his strengths and potential.
We are delighted to announce that Norton College Worcestershire has been awarded INclusive Worcestershire Leader status.
Part of the wider INclusive Worcestershire initiative, this recognition celebrates the college’s ongoing commitment to creating an environment where every student and member of staff feels valued, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.
The accolade recognises organisations that demonstrate outstanding inclusive practices and actively work to promote equality, diversity and belonging. Norton College is one of just 94 organisations across Worcestershire to receive the award, highlighting the college’s dedication to fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
As an INclusive Worcestershire Leader, the college will continue to strengthen partnerships with local employers and organisations that share its commitment to inclusive practice, helping to create more opportunities and positive outcomes for young people across the region.
Assistant Headteacher Ian McCrudden recently attended the INclusive Worcestershire Leaders Forum to accept the award on behalf of the college. The event brought together organisations from across the county that are championing inclusion in their workplaces and communities.
This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of colleagues across Norton College Worcestershire, who work every day to ensure that inclusion remains at the heart of everything they do.
Congratulations to the entire Norton College community on this fantastic achievement. Together, we are helping to build a more inclusive Worcestershire for all. 💙
